These past few days, I've been seeing more and more content related to bs, and it convinced me, but a question came up when I researched fibrosis. We damage the area so it heals and fibrous tissue appears, but I was wondering what kind of long-term consequences this could have on the body.

I'm not very knowledgeable about the topic; seeing images of fibrous tissue is kind of gross, but since bs focuses on areas that aren't very muscle-heavy, but rather mostly fleshy tissue and then bone, I was wondering if this could affect your long-term health. Especially since fibrous tissue is permanent.

Does anyone know anything about this?

I also wanted to know if, hypothetically, I do BS a routine until I'm satisfied with the result, but after a while I plan to have surgery to correct the recessed parts of my skull, would the surgery worsen the BS results? Because you would be displacing the fibrous tissue with the best bone projection to where it should be.

idk about health but aesthetics wise from the actual photos i've seen of fibrosis it doesn't seem like it would even slightly resemble bone.

most results from bonesmashing here is just temporary swelling, changes from puberty or change in bodyfat.

That's another thing k saw, James sapphire result look uncanny but are way softer that actual bone projection, it doesn't look as sharp as actual bone

bonesmashing will always be cope if u think ur zygos are gonna widen like a fat bitch, first off, u gotta hit hard enough to acc create micro fractures in the bone. if u think soft hitting is gonna do anything, its just irritating ur skin. def use an object or ur hands if u can do it hard enough
