It does work, proven, it causes swelling and fibrosis which give the appearance of new bone, it might not grow bone but it will help with the appearance to an extents. There are many threads on dynamic loading which can create bone however you need to do it incredibly presicely. Wolfs law to grow bone has been controversial tho

this is why it’s bullshit, nothing works permanently if you need to keep working it constantly.

the risk reward it’s not worth it, better off getting implants if you’re that desperate for a more certain look.
