Yes, doesn't grow your bones but grows fibrosis tissue. would recommend starting with zygos (safest, easiest to do) and if you don't like it just stop its not magically gonna ascend you if you keep going. Make sure you brace your head so you don't get cte

Just does fibrosis. Basically if you were injured, it does fibrosis like you do bonesmashing.
