I'm 6'2 and i have a really recessed chin, i feel like my height is saving me but i still feel anxious about my side profile, does bone smashing actually work? Is it safe? And how long does it take to see results?

bonemashing is mostly inflammation and the chin is mostly tissue, u cant really hit the chin bone like u can with ur zygos but u can try.

well i dont really know what u look like but since u have a recessed chin try focusing on ur chin and when ur resting it do ur zygos, i dont rlly know nun abt surgeries so i cant help u with that. is ur gonial angle good?
