Buccal fat removal has a bit of a bad rep, many claim that it makes them look too gaunt and it worsens aging, but isn't this just because patients are overwhelmingly women who naturally have narrower jaws and different conceptions of beauty compared to men?
For a guy who has a decent jaw and is 10-15% bf but lacks angularity due to rounder cheeks, a partial buccal fat removal should be one of the easiest looksmaxes since it's also an easy non-invasive surgery, what am I missing here? The "you'll age bad and look too gaunt" fear shouldn't be applicable to men who don't have narrow jaws and don't go overboard with the surgery (removing 100% of the fat pads).
