Yes, at least i never saw when it did NOT result in hollow cheeks WHEN ALL THE BUCCAL FAT WAS REMOVED.

However, this is NOT a good look. Looks terrible.

Also, you still have cheekbones for hollow cheek look. No cheekbones, no hollow cheeks.

It never disappears. And it doesn’t always decrease much.

Even before my bimax, Buccal fat removal of 3.5ml gave me hollow cheeks.
I had short face syndrome so I was in the worst position to have any effect.

Even at 10% most retards in this site will not have prominent modeling hollow cheeks because they are too young, your fat pads are too big and full for the sharp look. You need to wait till 22-25 to get the fully sharp look.

Prerequisite to this is having bone obv, a prominent ogee curve at a young age means you’ll likely age into the sharp hollow cheeks if you’re low bf.

I have slight hallow cheeks when I'm leaner
