Its very hard to atrophy it, but very easy to grow it. Your buccinator is used when opening your mouth, smiling, talking etc, if it gets big because of some reason, the only way to atrophy it is by not using it at all which is impossible. Also botox can't be injected into this area so theres no fix.

It's not cope. The buccinator is actually a very big muscle on the face, second to the masseter. Atrophying it can reshape your face.

It's mike mew cope unless your putting it under intentional tension it won't grow. Like your biceps don't grow when you just lift your arms
