Does bulking work?

I have been on the fence about this because everytime I bulk I get strong and put on muscle mass quick but I become ugly as fuck but when I cutted I still increased strength but did not gain any mass but I looked good but I was fucking miserable 24/7 so I went back on the bulk and I feel like I don’t have to bulk again what do y’all think?

you shouldn't feel like shit on a cut unless youre going below 10 percent id say you should cut from where youre at rn and maintain around 12 percent which is managable for most people and you can still build muscle from there

if its hunger than just take an appetite suppresant if not then probably not eating enough nutrients to function or cutting to extremely

Or eat maintence
