Most canned salmon tastes like shit. The one I buy is from vital choice and it's absolutely delicious. kinda expensive tho but it's worth every penny imo

Sardines and mackerel have the protein plus higher amounts of omega 3, less chance of mercury and more sustainable so better choice than tuna imo. tastes alright in pasta with tomato, chilli and garlic
