Greek yogurt is great. It's very high on protein. Essential for gymmaxxing.
That being said it depends on: a)brand, and b)how much fat it contains.
Usually, 5% fat greek yogurt tastes much better than 0% fat greek yogurt.

If you eat 0% fat it will taste like shit. Only eat whole milk greek yogurt it tastes akin to edam-cheese like in babybels
