it mostly improves thickness, not growing new hairs, although that can happen in some cases.

Yes it works perfectly and it's effect is very strong on hair growth , thickness.
You can use it on your lashes too , but be careful to not drop it inside your eyeball.

No, it's mostly cope.
Just buy minoxidil, tretinoin and a microneedling pen if you want actually noticeable growth.
