No shit chads have to take care of themselves OP . One of my psl 5.5 friends runs 2 miles in under 16 minutes, plays sports, and goes to the gym. He started eating ice cream and turned to a fat fuck a few years ago but he's back to normal. This nigga is 15 btw

The things is that Chads do basically every thing right, but not consciously.
They play sports which boosts their hormones and development but they don't do it for these reasons like PSL aspies here would do, they do it because it's fun for them, they genuinely like the competition, the wins with his bros and that all JB's eyes are on him during the match.
