Why else do you think they will give advice like "just be yourself". Because they just need to be themselves and don’t realize the same isn’t true for everyone. Most are not aware of their advantage and will attribute it to factors that are in their control like game. Only a few of them are aware of it. If @MentalcelTyronelite never discovered the blackpill he would be like most of them who think you "just need to be yourself" because girls gave him attention even as a shy meek autist kid.
The same is true at other levels. Most normies cannot understand the sub5 struggle.

In general as humans we fail to acknowledge the disadvantages of others compared to ourselves, and we don’t like to acknowledge our advantages. We like the idea of earning it, of struggling to get it, not of being born with it. We are ashamed of being born with it because then we cannot attribute our success to the worth of our spirit and work. We prefer "getting it out the mud" over "being born with a silver spoon in your mouth".

A good example is how this Irish manlet fighting in lightweight division with a 6'2 wingspan claims that he absolutely does not have a single genetic advantage. This is just work and all humans are equal!

He is partly right. A lot of his success is work. Tremendous work. But there are many mixed martial artists all over the world who put that amount of work and will never reach his success as a fighter. You cannot outwork your genetics, you can only work around them.
