does charcoal powder work?

hey guys, i want to make my theet a lil bit whiter, any suggestions? do u raccomend any strips in particular? i cant get Crest unfortunately. I heard that charcoal powder is good too, should i use it, or it doesnt make enough of a difference?

it scrapes and damages the enamel at microscopic level. It can work but its long term shit for your teeth. hydrogen-peroxide-maxxing is better
