Does cheek biting actually cause jowls or is it cope?

Cheek biting / Cheek sucking comes naturally to me I’ve done it before learning about looksmaxxing, I’ve heard models cheekbite for photos / etc, If I wanna fraud my cheeks can I just cheekbite or will it just hurt me in the long run

as long as the cheek sucking isnt major, youll be absolutely fine.

I have tried it before, but the biggest thing that I have noticed while doing it is that you have to move your jaw downwards to bite, which can give you jawn a downgrown appearance and can also make you chin looked recessed, especially from the side profile

Best fraud for me, place your tongue inbetween your teeth and slight suck your cheeks, not major and makes lips look more appealing and not a threat to negative growth
