Does cheek filler help with nasolabial folds?

Can anyone here who has done cheek filler tell me if it softened their nasolabial folds a bit?

Seeing / hearing two different things about nasolabial folds.

Some professionals seem to say that filling the cheeks will help the nasolabial folds.

Others say it really doesn't help and cite studies that say it doesn't actually lift in the nasolabial area.

Some say it lifts a tiny bit but you'd need to chipmunkmaxx yourself to really get enough lift to remove them.

Some even say that filling too low in the cheeks will deepen nasolabial folds.

Specifically asking for experiences of people in a demographic likely to have experience with this.
