Does chemotherapy/radiation stunt growth even 10 years later?

I had this when I was 3 but I still grew along the 50 percentile until I was 13 where I dropped to the 8th percentile by age 15. Could this being related to the treatment? If so, why did I grow normally for like 10 years? (5'5 with 5'9 mom and 5'7 dad and im 17 now)
