Or is there any other softmax for jaw width?
My jaw is super cucked by inward gonions

Just do surgeryOr is there any other softmax for jaw width?

Can’t blame you. Off topic is actually addicting. You literally right some bullshit and get rep for that, hell yeahI'm an offtopic rotter now tbh
improve jaw width. I have good ramus and maxilla and everything but my jaw is invisible from the front cause of inward gonions. I really dont need much, just some more angularityDefine what you mean by "work"
it will make your jaw width bigger yeah over time cos its a muscle like anything else. wether it looks good depends on your masseter insertionsimprove jaw width. I forgot to tell you this when you replied to my post about nutrients being cope and mastication being important for features. Clenching does stress the TMJ.Define what you mean by "work"
From the present study, it can be established that during prolonged clenching, the higher stresses are concentrated in the lateral region [of the TMJ]
I just turned 18 and im broke. I want to slay in college. I’ll definitely consider it for more substantial improvements later on, but I just want any improvement.Just do surgery
Is there any way to check whether my insertions are good or not?it will make your jaw width bigger yeah over time cos its a muscle like anything else. wether it looks good depends on your masseter insertions
I can disable it with one click of a button. ill see it if you tag meAlso, I saw your thread about blocking greys. I'm about to drop a few high-effort threads in a few weeks. Mind following me or something?
clench, is the widest point at the very very bottom of ur ramus? Is there any way to check whether my insertions are good or not?
Don’t think so, 0.5cm above maybeclench, is the widest point at the very very bottom of ur ramus?
record it and pm it to me. ill tell u.Don’t think so, 0.5cm above maybe
unless your masseters are underdeveloped its useless and massive copeOr is there any other softmax for jaw width?

can't, you have to follow or smthrecord it and pm it to me. ill tell u.
Does this work by entry date??I can disable it with one click of a button. ill see it if you tag me
no it works by the number of posts you have. more than 500 and ur goodDoes this work by entry date??
oh, i thought u hated me for being just newgenno it works by the number of posts you have. more than 500 and ur good
Wider palate won't widen my mandible, and I'm pretty sure my issue is inward gonions and not narrow palate. And I'm pretty sure it'd ruin my perfect fwhr. My lower third is the issue not my midface. But idk.You can widen your palate during your teenage years by regularly chewing tough meats and hard foods at least 25 times on each side, combined with proper swallowing technique. This method is supported by scientific evidence related to orofacial development.
A wider palate helps the mandible develop more natruallyWider palate won't widen my mandible, and I'm pretty sure my issue is inward gonions and not narrow palate. And I'm pretty sure it'd ruin my perfect fwhr. My lower third is the issue not my midface. But idk.
Im 18, probably too late for substantial improvements no?A wider palate helps the mandible develop more natrually
If you improve your palate width during teenage years It can probably lead to a wider and better algined mandible over time
It wont ruin anything, it can tho if you're retarded
The lower third will obviously get affected by this if your maxilla will develop
It's a matter of genetics and how early your sutures close. But it's always wroth to go all in on correct tongue posture and thumb pulling. At least for like 3 months, you will most likely notice differences. Just do it before it's too late.Im 18, probably too late for substantial improvements no?
Can’t do thumpulling, got aligners fixing my overbite. Probably should’ve mentioned that earlier lol, should make any palate widening impossible. It's a matter of genetics and how early your sutures close. What do you think of my ramus? I’ve been told it’s short but I honestly can’t tell. Drawing a straight line it seems to undercut my mouth, but that could be due to my overbite I guess. Ignore its position relative to the ear, my ears are weird. There isn’t much variation in the core anatomical insertion point of the masseter.
It stays fairly consistent across individuals. However, its size, appearance and visual impact on your face do depend on your ramus length and overall mandibular shape.
Training the masseter can increase its size over time and also contributes to increased bone density per mechanotransduction.
Definitely be cautious- TMJ issues can develop, and I speak from experience. It’s a nightmare to deal with.
So don’t chew like a madmen. Less is more, and that also translates to muscle training by the way.
Who exactly told you that? It is hard to tell here, but it appears relatively normal. Not particularly long though. What do you think of my ramus? I’ve been told it’s short but I honestly can’t tell.
