I want to purely grow my masseters, but when I chew my Temporalis gets pumped.

If my temp grows it will COOK me. Help me boys,

its impossible for your temporalis to not contract as its vital in pulling the mandible up whilst chewing. but ways to reduce its activation chewing on pre molars is probably your best bet.

When I chew with my front teeth my Temporalis doesn’t flex at all. Should I just do that? My face also didn’t bloat when I did that, just felt the masseters working

just chew on your pre molars, depending on your age it can cause ccw rotation and move your face up while growing massesters, you can very easily cover up temporalis with hair if it gets to big
