1 side of my face mogs the other to hell in every single aspect. My right side has a smaller masseter and less pronounced jaw and chin. Also my cheek bone is less pronounced, eye area worse ect. Can chewing mastic gum on the less pronounced side help it get more even with the other side? Lmk smart people only

Yes if you’re 13 years old.

If you’re 18+, you’re going to have start chewing on gravel to move your skull.

I’ve chewed on falim for years and it hasn’t moved me 1mm but it’s good for massater hypertrophy.

it's not a simple as "one side is more developed than the other", it's a whole body skeletal issue

if you're willing to go into it, here it is:

I think my deviated septum caused these assymetries, what surgeries do I need because my nose is not the only shit i need fixed

No it can be just cause of masseter
Everytime you bite (try it right now, with your hands over each masseter) both your massager muscles are activated. They work in conjunction, almost impossible to activate only one of them and for a significant amount of time to cause visible asymmetry

But when you have skeletal imbalance, the skull tilts to one side away from the jaw, causing one side of the face to have a stretched out look

Possibily, but this is a topic no one knows much about fortunately. It's a bit of a rabbit hole, but your whole body is connected and things like physical activity, breath, nervous system all massively influence your posture which in turn influences your skull (which sits on top of your spine and is as much as a part of your body as anything else)

The best solution imo is making sure to do anything to get your body in balance naturally (that guy makes a lot of videos about it) through changing your lifestyle and fixing your posture, all while chewing and mewing (another word for good oral posture).

Maybe then go to a doctor to fix septum, tongue tie, or jaw surgery
