careful bhai, only train them if you have a medium or long ramus. If ur short, then ur look like a bloated chipmunk
i lowkey have tmj my jaw pops trying to see a dentist to get it fixed but also try and get some form of surgery that fixes and ascends me gimme tips if u have anyheavenly ramus, start training them but dont use gum or clenching otherwise u'll get tmj, just chew ur foods alot and eat hard food
Hello I know I'm not OP but I wanted to ask the same question, but I've seen that there is already an active thread discussing it, so I'm asking you and hope you or anyone else can answer me: can I also chew on my premolars for forward growth and a bit more projection? I'm 18 and 4 months old, mostly been a mouthbreather through my life but started changing this about a year ago and this is where my Ramus is right now, I think it's kinda medium sized but I'm not sure, so will chewing hard foods (carrot for example) on premolars can actually benefit me or will it make me more recessed and bloated? ur ramus is definitely decent sized but since you have so much downgrowth idk if training it is the best idea. The best way to tell is to chew extremely hard on a food then immediately check in the mirror if you look better with a pump or not, if its better then train it, if it makes you look more round and bloated then dont.
