Yes it looks "narrow" because it lacks angularity, ideal masculine dimorphism, and also due to the size (Height + width) of his upper third (start of Hairline to eyebrows).

His upper third is noticably taller than his lower third which is more of a feminine trait.
Ideal masculine thirds have upper third shortest, middle third slightly taller, and lower third the tallest.

It could also be a little less wide. I'm talking bitemporal width (measuring between temporal hair points or fronto temporale to fronto temporale).

As for the lower third itself it needs to be taller, the gonian needs to slant outwards, and masseters should be more developed. Some more jaw width wouldn't hurt either.
