I've been watching videos like the one below about how to correct your circadian rhythm, and tried the methods but only was able to sleep a few hours earlier than before starting. I'm always tired throughout the day and can't focus on one thing for too long. Do any sleep schedulecels experience problems or have solutions on how to change the time when you fall asleep?

stimulants help

He got me into intermittent fasting and low carb, but I disagree with his carnivore diet.

Long-term cardio exercise and a sleepless night, followed by a well-slept night (With better prolonged effects through exercise) seems to be functional and helpful; by the way, what was you height at fifteen and sixteen and your current height? I'm doing research and this forum seems like a place where you can find real experiences

At 15-16 I was 5'10-5'11, and now I'm almost 6'2".

Beefyjerk

Sleep is a cope. Take the stims pill and everybody will be attracted to your constant state of alertness and jitteryness. Circadian rhythm maxing is a cope. Girls love attractive drug addicts all the time. Just make sure to take stims, not depressants.

I think I rather not smoke crack just to be able to fuck other crack head foids.

No circadian rhythm for your face.
