Does cjc dac 1295 cause elongated facial features?

I read that cjc dac is inferior to cjc without dac because it causes a gh bleed and not spike.
Is this true? Will a slow release of gh give me acromegaly?
What cjc dac dosage should I take? Currently thinking of 2mg/week.
