Does clear skin = good collagen?

Whats the difference?

Having clear skin means it's spotless and looks flawless which is usually a result of directly or indirectly taking good care of it and good collagen is about elasticity and good and healthy overall appearance with no wrinkles. I think

Basically collagen is young skin while clear skin is just a skin free of spots and marks, old people can have clear skins
