I've been kinda clenching the past couple of months. It didn't effect my ramus as far as i know. If clenching increases it how can i reduce it then. Im 19 btwIt'll increase it and prevent ramus growth
Oh and ty for replying its my first post hereIt'll increase it and prevent ramus growth
Your gonial angle and length of your ramus are inversely proportional.I've been kinda clenching the past couple of months. It didn't effect my ramus as far as i know. If clenching increases it how can i reduce it then. Im 19 btw
Idk it feel like i have an antegonial notch my jaw drops a little at the middle. Im not sure its downgrowth. Its not terrible its just not idealYour gonial angle and length of your ramus are inversely proportional.
Longer ramus=smaller gonial angle
Shorter ramus=greater gonial angle.
Therefore, to lessen your gonial angle, you need to lengthen your ramus.
Idk how to do that unfortunately
A small antegonial notch is normal. Almost everybody has one it's just not visible as they're not lean enough.Idk it feel like i have an antegonial notch my jaw drops a little at the middle. Im not sure its downgrowth. Its not terrible its just not ideal
