No, look into increasing acetylcholine (caffeine is only a very weak AChE inhibitor)

ADHD is not caused by only one thing in everybody.

It's a stimulant so usually it does. But you only get like 30-45 minutes of concentration then you're just more tired and less focused for a few hours after the effects wear off. So it's not a good long-term strategy for adhd but if you need to do something intense for an hour it should help

It's fucking horrible, I pretty much always take some kind of stimulant if I have to do anything. tbh though I've completely given up on becoming a high virility chad and accepted my fate as a degenerate addict.

But if you haven't given up yet on being healthy you can safely mitigate the symptoms of adhd by taking caffeine with L-theanine. Redose L-theanine all day and you'll definitely feel relaxed. It's legal, safe, there's no upper limit, and it's one of the few nootropics/supplements with a shit ton of evidence to support its benefits. I wrote a paper on its impact on ADHD last year, these were the sources I used:

In my experience, the after effects of caffeine like fatigue, irritability, anxiety, lack of focus are completely gone if you supplement with L-theanine. You'll feel hyperfocused for about an hour after a coffee, then a mellow concentration for a few hours afterwards. No jitters and no cortisol/adrenaline stress.
