Does columella reduction surgery exist to increase philtrum lenght?

I already did rhinoplasty but he said he couldnt do anything with the tip. Maybe because you need to shorten my nose even more so that's why it isnt possible? Or simpeley because he doesnt have the required skills for it, i dont know

My philtrum is extremely short because of my overly defined columella:

Ideally i want it like this but that means to literally cut of a piece of my nose tip and columella and im not sure if that is possible. Like this:

Not only does it increase my death tier philtrum but it also greatly enchances the harmony of my facial thirds in front profile. At the moment because of my subhuman nose my middle third is to unharmonized compared to other third simpeley because of this Columella and nosal tip
