Does concerta (or any stim adhd drug in general) burns calories on its own or its just suppresses appetite?Does it fast up tue metabolism?

I remember when I was taking concerta I was leaaaaaaaan as fuck,but Iam not sure is it cause it blocked my appetite a bit or it’s because concerta burns calories on its own?Probably the combination of two right?

mostly the affect is appetite reduction though imo
