Creatine increases your DHT levels. DHT is responsible for the miniaturization of the hair follicles (male pattern baldness). Go figure.

No, there is no scientifically recognized study that comes to such a conclusion

Summary of all myths reagrding creatine: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7871530/
Creatine is definitely a legit supplement for teenagers (like me) while we're maxing out sports and gym tbhngl. I'll start using this shit while consuming +3,000kcal p/day spending 60 minutes swimming (3 days p/week), 90 minutes to soccer (3 days p/week) and 120 minutes to the gym at U/L-PPL (6 days p/week).

From my personal experience, creatine did not cause any hair loss. But it bloated my face so I stopped. I was stronger and bigger when using it though.

Yeah, but everyone responds differently to DHT. Depends on how sensitive your hair follicles are. So some guys can be blasted out of their minds on steroids, and still retain a NW0 hairline while others will get absolutely raped by the Norwood Reaper just for looking at a jar of Whey.
