i've been working out for like 2,5 years but i stopped working out due to corona from january to june.

i started to use at 23 until today and damn i got bulked up pretty fast. is it just muscle memory or creatine ?

ps : i've used 75 gr creatine in 3 weeks.

i've also boost up my back strength too i guess. i remember i was doing 65~70 kg cable row, now i'm doing 85kg 10~12 reps without losing range of motion.

Mostly muscle memory but creatine is very legit too.

Those 1-3 extra reps you're able to pull of with creatine will add up over time and net more gains, just don't forget to drink a lot of water with it.
