I been doing hardcore 2 hr plus gym since nov 15 and taking creatine since 2 weeks expect on Sundays and i still haven't been able to reach the low fat levels I did back in late sept

Does creatine keeps you bloated?
Or my body haven't saturated it yet
Should I wait for a months or two or something to see results
I started gym after a month break in nov, before I did 2/3 months

I did
My diet exist mostly of chicken breast with veggies and mayo sauce

And Buffalo bison meat with rice
Called biryani

I been taking better diet plus pre workout and creatine following the workout

Creatine most prolly doesn't cause hair loss
ur not on fin so dont take anything that boosts DHT, avoid green tea too

Buy some over the counter natural herb based DHT blockers they should help you, there's a indian brand selling them for 1k

if you really wanna know, yo callories intake. you need to go fully track food and drinks intake.
it's the only real way, to figure out, how much you take in daily. as well as the proteine/carbs/fat split

Maybe I add different sauce in chicken breast salad, or just eat it plain with veggies

I haven't been able to reach my peak like I did back in late sept
Even after 2 hr long session 6days a week since 15 nov
I only had a month long break from gym

I gaining size and muscle but not fat loss

And cardio is getting very hard bcoz my lower legs hurts so much now after creatine
I used to run 15 km for 3 to 4 min

I only figured out my REAL intake, and split.
By tracking what I eat/drink.

There are some usefull apps for that.

In the beginning it takes a bit of time, and annyoing. to set up tracking food.
but at the end, now after some time. it's easy and relatively quick, with apps. Also because us humans eat kinda same stuff regualrly. And the app I have, just let me copy paste meals from previous days.

No just makes muscles look fuller, if you're very lean like 10% and take creatine it achieves a very nice look
