Remember if you try and take a hostage and specifically ask the govt for ransom money the money they will give you will be tracked by serial number, so it's best to actually just to rob people that are everyday Joe's.

If you want a huge heist you really have to plan it out. And if you are ever going to ask for ransom and parachutes to jump out of a taken over plane, make sure to ask for 2 parachutes so they think you will take a hostage and not cut the chutes beforehand.
