Made my account to comment. Wanted to try and give this a try. I firmly sat my teeth on the curb while I had my friend with his foot lightly press on my head to expand my anterior digastric mylohyoid and my inferior head of my lateral pterygoid. i feel a little sore after this exercise but i can confidently say i will be doing this more often. WILL POST my results soon
