I take one Natural Factor's Beta-carotene pill daily, sometimes two, which can amount to 50.000 IU per day, if I take two pills:

71ynXR22PEL AC SL1500
71iolK0tnDL AC SX355

So I've noticed my skin got more tanned over three months, but also has a yellow tinge to it, if that makes sense.

People didn't comment on it at all for now.

I have appointment cheduled with GP, I'll ask him for liver panel in blood tests, but I've read Beta-carotene form of Vitamin A shouldn't lead to Hypervitaminosis A, therefeore shouldn't hurt the liver in such amount of supplementation?

Concerns are liver-related, I've started taking NAC in the evening till I get to have blood test results.

it's most likely carotenosis, ie, excess carotenoids accumulation in your skin - not harmful at all. also, 50.000 IU of vitamin a is approximately 300 g of raw carrots.

i used to have that, mostly in my hands and feet. cutting down on carrots solved the "issue".
