I know what happens a week before you die, so at some point someone will start to see things that aré not there, heard and feel them, this becomes frequent, the person will worry at first but as time pases and these things appear more intense and bother him, since nobody else can notice these things, the person will get paranoid and this paranoia Is always different but behaves the same, the affected will believe things, he would think he Is doing something when he Is not, Its simple at first, like thinking he Is talking with his réflex on the mirror but he Is actually just brushing his teeths, but this becomes very extreme until they detatch completely from reality there bodyband their mind aré two separates things, he Is living in other world while his body lives normaly his daily life, in his mind reality the hallucinations aré driving him crazy to the point he Is cutting his chest because he has insane paint there and believes there Is something inside him, then he dies but what the forense days Is: dead by heart attack. And like the above there aré other ways people will live their last days
