does debloating your face actually make a huge difference as some dudes make it seem?

I drink about 2-3 liters of water a day and i take ashwagandha and some other stuff but im not noticing much difference maybe im not bloated.

If you have short-face/branchy skull, it does may have little result bc less area to store water retention

Otherwise I wouldn’t bother too much about it. Body is a homeostasis machine, and it’s extremely efficient at balancing out electrolytes. Potassium is NOT gonna noticeably debloat you.

But water does help lessen retention. yes

i lost a lot of weight but im pretty sure it made me lose some muscle too jfl

Only if you had a good bone structure hiding beneath the bloat. But almost everyone looks better when lean, it's just the degree of the improvement that differs

the thing is i lost fat from most other parts of my body when i lost some weight but i noticed little to no change on my face so i thought it must be from water retention or stress

Yeah it depends on genetics. Some people carry more fat in the face by default. It only goes away with age

If you are asian, it actually means you'll age better than other races provided you take good care of your skin. I think East Asians store more fat in their face that's why it is like that

the only useful time to “debloat” is in the morning and a shower (shivering after) + a 15 minute walk is about the best you can get. unless you’re eating over 500g of carbs a day it’s useless

how would a walk help tho it doesnt really make you sweat or anything and bloating in the face is normally water retention

repeated muscular contractions help pump lymphatic fluid away from the face, morning bloat is all lymphatic fluid in your face hence shivering being goated because it’s whole body fast contractions. water retention in 90% of cases is minimal unless giga high carb intake

same benefits as shivering + vasoconstriction, can help if you’re really hot and your blood vessels are dilated and need to debloat fast
