Does dermarolling eye bags make them less noticeable by thickening the skin?

Bad idea because the skin there is too thin to dermaroll at a depth that would induce proper thickening of the skin.

The skin depth on around your eyelids is like 0.8mm on average, so rolling with a 0.5mm dermaroller which is the minimum to induce proper collagen production would be literally killing your dermis and probably cause severe inflammation or scarring.

what you could do is use, very carefully a 0.25mm dermaroller and a topical retinoid to increase thickness of the skin there. But both are risky right under your eyelids so i wouldn't recommend it.
