What do i do about my dark eye bags? basically dark circles, its not genetical since its random, some days its clear most of the time its dark, i also know the main reason is sleep and i have a fucked up sleep routine like a vampire, but what else can i do thats important for it? my skin is mostly clean its the only thing making me look "dirty", thanks.

Take a picture of your eye area I almost guarantee it’s genetic. infra implants or undereye concealer

Well your eye bags will show more or less dependent on the lighting of the environment. Eyebags are a result of recessed infras 99% of the time. Just take a pic of ur undereye area.

how can i softmaxx this? im not doing any surgery
Volufine is a decent cope with varied results. The best softmaxx would be undereye concealer imo. That's really the only way to fix the eyebags. BTW I would recommend looking into maxxing out your lashes / eyebrows. Latisse and oral minox are some options but consider the cons (possible upper eye fat-loss, bloating, etc.,). If you want some more advice just dm me.
