If the igf-1 hormone in your body is less than the dht hormone, you will experience baldness.
But if the igf-1 hormone in your body is more than dht then you will not have a baldness problem.

A simple example:
100x igf-1 and 150x dht ---> hair lossing

1000x igf-1 and 900x dht ---> no hair lossing
