The sutures for the maxilla begin closing significantly at age 12 before puberty and 90%+ growth is complete.
It's a misconception that at least the maxilla continues to grow substantively during puberty.

yes. i feel and look a lot better just from blending up spinach and berries and a few other vegetables and drinking it with a tea supplement every night.

bloat is nearly non existent and i poop regularly and reovery from gym very fast
