If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's basically a diy method that says you can remove fat cells from any area after exposing them to ice for usually a 1h long session, repeating the process a few times a week for like 2 months. It's based on professional cryolipolysis treatment, see this thread

I learned about it from @Ekil73_YT video on youtube and tried it during the summer for maybe 10-15 sessions that were however mostly shorter than 1 hour, used ice packs on my cheeks. My face got slimmer, the thing is I was in caloric deficit aswell, so I can't tell if the coolsculpting had really any effect. My current opinion is that it's most certainly cope, but I would like to know if someone (except the one guy from lookism who came up with it basically - images) tried it and saw results while maintaining weight.
