i finshed the first week and had to stop to go on vacation but looking back I was up 2 pounds by the end of the week


Its definitely real since I very vividly experienced the super hot body temps after taking, the eye/throat heat, and dehydration as well as an elevated overall body temp

debating if its even worth doing the rest of the cycle considering how shit the results after week 1 were

Yea dnp works but like ajy other shit that you put in your body it needs time to work and sometimes your body might not cooperate with it

makes sense, others were reporting losses of 5+lbs in a week so i was a little surprised
