The answer is generally yes because AAS can increase TDEE/metabolism on their own, or have lipolysis effects, or improve nutrient partitioning, & having more muscle mass on your body also raises TDEE/metabolism. However certain compounds (deca, dbol, etc) can make you retain more water/gain weight through various mechanisms.
