Does drinking high amounts of water deplete nutrients
"Without electrolytes, the water you drink can't be properly absorbed and will make its way through your system quickly and without benefit to your body."

Ive also seen ppl on this forum say that if u dont drink water without electrolytes you lose vitamins and nutrients
Is this true? if its true it might be a looksmin

Who cares supplement electrolytes and spam nutrient dense food
If ur an active person that do any kind of physical activity 4-5-6 times per week you need a lot of water, especially if u follow an high protein diet

no if u do physical exercise u wont lose nutrients the water is fully used for organs but if ur sedentary and drink lots of water you are losing nutrients

If u do physical exercise you sweat a lot so u need more water simple as that
SIMPLE AS THAT
ALSO nigger if u consistently eat 200+ grams protein/day you need to consume more water to prevent kidney damage
PLEASE DRINK YOUR FUCKING WATER PLEASE

yeah thats why drinking water is bad, all it does is rob you of your minerals, it doesnt have anything in it and it makes you pee more,

best things to drink is milk, coconut water, and fruit juice, i wouldnt drink more than 3 liters of fluid per day depending on how active you are
