What is it with these almost unbelievable height loss threads lately?

You are scaring the living hell out of me.

Some greycel made a thread a few hours ago about how his height decreased permanently by 7 cm because he slept in a bad position for a night... as if this isn't enough.

I might as well rot flat in my bed all day to prevent my height from decreasing altogether.

2 centimeters is an over exaggeration, maybe you lost 1 cm of height at the very most.

Stuff like long drives, carrying heavy, or standing up all day, will strain your back and make you go faster to your lowest night height where you can shrink 2 cm maybe more. You’ll gain it back after a long comfortable sleep
