Does dut even prevent test induced acne?

I can see how dutasteride can help with preventing acne due to acting on type I 5-alpha reductase enzyme.

But anecdotaly, many people still complain abt acne even while on dutasteride.

So what's the consensus?

Both dht and free test contribute to sebum production. Duta only blocks dht. In some cases, test can even increase (due to reduced conversion to dht), which stimulates the sebaceous glands.
