Reduced sebum production will make you skin have less acne (if you have it atleast)

not having dht keep you elastin and prevent skin sagging
and even less skin inflammation

It definitely helps with complexion, when I was on finasteride my pores closed up and my face was smooth, a month after I got off i have enlarged pores and blackheads and some acne
