No. Take potassium pills throughout the day and drink a gallon/4L of water. Exercise and sauna would be good too

Yes but unless you want to be eating bananas all day long then just take the pills. Plus there is no sugar in the pills. Don’t be stupid

No, you would get carb filled bloating if you ate any more, the potassium you can just get from meat and it will give you the amount you need. Cut out vegetables, legumes, grains, cereals, nuts, seeds, bread, etc. and you should debloat pretty fast.
 
You would have to eat like 10 bananas to meet the 4000mg mark. Eat like 3 bananas a day and 5 maximum and take pottasium chloride( pottasium salt) and get your carbs from fruits not rice or some other shit
