I mean (except of primal diet products also) like slow carbs, which does not remove fibre from it, vegetables and olive oil?

in studies it shows that humans have "evolved" to have smaller jaws because we ate cooked/soft food that dont require lots of cooking.

Primal is obviously better but if you want to cook your meat do it, i also do bcs its from the supermarket and don’t rely on raw meat from there but yh overall primal is better. Just throw in some more fruits thats what i do

I agree but for me personally it's amazing in terms of fill stomach space without eating a lot of calories
you can do exactly that but even better with raw meat and fats

Oh but I cook never ate raw I understand that ideally less vegetables but I also have gastropatia so I really don't want to eat a lot of calories but fill the stomach but I agree and will to try once it gets better because without trying I can't say

Eating vegetables makes it hard for your stomach to break down the fibrous and complex materials found in plants, and it could irritate your stomach too, eating the raw animal foods have the natural enzymes which makes it so your stomach works less, and is better for your gastropatia. Be careful though, because you do have to amplify your gut microbiome diversity to be able to digest it easily, you can do this by easing into the diet slowly
I know but with gastropatia a lot of fats make stomach bloat and pain
That happens when its not of the highest quality and processed
Once a weak
Good amount

No problem dude, do you have any good sources nearby for the meat and dairy?
Actually not, I live in Ukraine and tbh I mostly buy in supermarket but if compare with USA on bazar I can buy natural cow for not big price, although about diary idk bur I kinda didn't like the smell of that that's the reason why I eat supermarket I know it's wrong

If you want to get into the primal diet, you can't eat from the supermarket. The meat products in there are meant for you to cook them, so they are made to be mass produced and they dont give a shit about how the meat comes out because you are just gonna "cook it off". Thats why they blame the raw meat for a lot of things, because the meat they sell nowadays is made to be cooked. You should be buying from local farmers that dont mass produce and have regenerative healthy cows, so you can have the best products. It also smells and tastes the best when you buy it from a high quality farmer, trust me. You are also supporting local farmers, so thats another upside. Trust me after a long time of being in this diet your body really does detox and heal, but that cant happen with supermarket food

Also, pasteurized milk is stripped of its nutritional value you can look at my guide to see more about it https://looksmax.org/threads/aajonus-guide-on-the-optimal-diet.2255575/, but you have to ease into raw milk with kefir or else you wont have enough bacteria in your body to be able to digest it properly

You can try it raw and make a tartar with small pieces at home to ease into it, eat it with butter for lubrication

Once you get used to eating it raw you can just eat from big pieces of muscle meat like I do

The final stage of entering the diet would be fermented meat and dairy, because that requires the most bacterial diversity in your microbiome
See thx for guide but for someone who used to different will be hard but I'll give it a try at some point

Best diet:
Meat, dairy, eggs, fish, liver(yes raw milk and or meat are good only if you like it and they are well sourced)
Then fruit, yes you can eat complex carbs but be careful and it shouldn't be your majority calories, so white rice, white bread(I prefer Ezekiel bread) and white potatoes, some times pasta are fine.
Olive oil isn't amazing but not horrible neither, unless it's your main fat source it's fine.

Mark solution boyo nothing crazy, diet is pretty simple, most people just need the basics not a perfect diet.

(BTW FOR NIGGERS WHO SAY DIET IS COPE, THEY HAVE CLOSED GROWTH PLATES AND ARE SEETHING)
